2015 Conference Sponsorship

Base fee:
  • Purchase booth space at this years two day conference. You can be assured that your exhibitor booth will be a prominent feature at this year's conference by being placed in the hub of activity and excitement. You will also receive advertising via a 1 item (i.e., page, booklet, pen, etc.) that will be placed in the tote bag or conference folder. Give conference attendees something to look through during breaks or lunch time.

    WAAPT President will make special mention of our exhibitor booths at breaks and encourage attendees to participate.
  • Purchase booth space at this years two day conference. You can be assured that your exhibitor booth will be a prominent feature at this year's conference by being placed in the hub of activity and excitement.
  • Put your business or organization center-stage by sponsoring the board member t-shirts. Every board member will be wearing a WAPT T-shirt and you can put your logo on the back! Board members will be discouraged from wearing a sweater or other garment that may cover your logo to ensure the possible exposure.
  • Have your business or organization's logo a prominent feature at this year's two day conference. Each attendee will receive a conference folder containing the PowerPoint for the keynote speaker and other materials. You may supply your own folders if you desire, otherwise WAAPT will print labels with your logo and desired verbiage along with the conference logo.
  • Give conference attendees something to look through during breaks or lunch time by sponsoring folder stuffers. In exchange for your sponsorship a 1 item (i.e., page or booklet) will be placed in the conference folders.
  • Sponsor our Luncheon and business meeting on March 28th, the day of Liana Lowenstein's keynote workshop. This well-known international speaker is sure to bring a large audience from the northwest.

    In exchange for your sponsorship. Your logo or other advertising materials will be prominently displayed in conference folders, the website, facebook and during the keynote luncheon. Your company's representative (President of WAAPT on your behalf) will be given 10 minutes during the luncheon to discuss your business/product. You will also be allowed 2 other requests.
  • Lanyards ($300) - 1 available
    Have your business or organization's logo or name a prominent feature at this year's two day conference on the lanyard. Each attendee will receive a lanyard with name tag. In exchange for your sponsorship you will have your logo or name displayed on the lanyard and allowed an advertising page which will be put in the conference folders.
  • Have your business or organization's logo a prominent feature at this year's two day conference. Each attendee will receive a tote bag for conference materials and vendor items.

    In exchange for your sponsorship you will have your logo displayed on the tote bags and allowed an advertising page which will be put in the conference folders.
  • Donate a raffle prize or cash to purchase raffle prizes for this two day conference. Be sure to have everyone's attention when the WAAPT board reads your company's advertisement prior to raffling your donation or prize.
