Come join us and watch a video on therapeutic dimensions of the play therapy relationship. Have some of your cases in mind as we discuss how to facilitate the play therapy relationship.
Learning Objectives:
* Learn about the process of facilitating the relationship with a child in play therapy
* Identify four healing messages in play therapy
* Discuss ways to help children grow and build self-esteem during play therapy
Students are highly encouraged to attend. If you are new to play therapy or still learning, please come with your curiosity and questions.

Social workers, psychologists, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, school counselors, nurses, interns, undergraduate and graduate students

The Seattle meeting will be facilitated by Meghan Whitlock, MA, LMHC. Megan Whitlock has been providing individual and family therapy for 5 years. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Animal Assisted Play Therapy, and Sand Play Therapy. With her dog, Josie, Meghan works on the waters of Westlake in Seattle.
